Our "Seahorse" collection
Seahorse, August 1993
Our collection is incomplete, but we hold the majority of issues from 1987 to today.
Seahorse is the official Magazine of the Royal Ocean Racing Club, and is the world's only magazine entirely dedicated to international performance sailing. It is written from no national perspective by a team of contributors that include the finest writers and some of the key players in the sport of sailing.
Left: the cover of the August 1993 edition, showing "Blue Yankee" rounding the Fastnet Rock during the 1987 Fastnet Race. Contains a good rundown of all teams and races lined up for the '93 Admirals Cup, an article on seamless sails, one on women in sailing and one on the development of B14s.
