The Sixth Annual Victory Art Show

From the 27th of July to the 24th of August, The Victory is holding an exhibition of artwork by artists from the County and Quinte region.

This sixth Annual Victory Art Show features artists who work in oil, acrylic and watercolour with a wide range of subject material. Many of these well known artists have been Artist of the Year (Essroc award) at the Prince Edward County Fair.

Their work is truly exciting: from the brightness of Hugh Charlebois' oils featuring Algonquin Park, to Pat Busscher's inspiring local scenes. Laurie Scott captures the feel of the County in her paintings. Ron Pickering highlights the uniqueness of subjects in watercolour. Mia Lane's work demonstrates her skill with outdoor subjects in oil and Aidan Haley has a direct approach portraying the feeling of the east coast scene. Gilles Miramontes captures the days of yore while Marc Magee demonstrates his skill with rail, planes and space subjects.
