The Lennie Mutiny

The Lennie was a Canadian ship out of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia; the details in our ships database have a "gap" in the voyages of 1875 and suggest that Captain Hatfield may have retired from the command of this ship some months previous to the mutiny, but correspond closely (not quite exactly) with the account below. Any clarification, allowing completion of the the historical facts, would be appreciated.

From the Pacific Steam Navigation Company Magazine, Volume XV, Number 144, November, 1931. This publication was the predecessor of the current "Sea Breezes".
