Seattle North Pacific Shipbuilding, Seattle WA

Seattle North Pacific Shipbuilding Company was organized by Judge John Twohy in 1918, to build cargo ships for the U.S. Shipping Board. The yard was on the west bank of the Duwamish Waterway, around Idaho Street. It is an empty lot today: see the site from the air on Google here.
