Colberg Boat Works, Stockton CA

Colberg Boat Works was started in 1896 by three brothers, Wilton, Jack and Gordon Colberg, and survived into the 1990s. The yard was immediately to the east of Stephen Bros., at 848 West Fremont Street: see it from the air on Google here. The yard looks abandoned and is an EPA Superfund site, although there are plans for redevelopment of the neighborhood. If anyone can add to the table below, please email info@navalmarinearchive.com.
