Greenport Basin and Construction Co., Greenport NY
Greenport Basin & Construction Company was started in the mid-19th century, by Pliny C. and Theodore W. Brigham, building fishing vessels and yachts. During WWII, they acquired their neighbors, Greenport Shipyard Company and expanded into steel boatbuilding. They are still going today as Greenport Yacht & Shipbuilding Company: see the yard from the air on Google here. Little is known about this yard's output, however: if anyone can add to the table below, please email info@navalmarinearchive.com.
