Walker Boat Yard

Walker Boat Yard, Paducah KY

Walker Boat Yard, a major barge maintenance and repair facility that occasionally built towboats, was started by Paul Walker in 1945 and sold to Ingram Barge in 1985. It was acquired from Ingram by James Marine in 1995 and is still going strong in the maintenance and repair business. See it from the air on Google here.
