Wilmington Boat Works, Wilmington CA

Wilmington Boat Works, Inc., or WILBO, was started by Hugh Angelman, Willard Buchanan and Tom Smith in 1920. The yard was on Yacht Street, probably where the USC boatyard is now: can someone please confirm this?
