Model HMCS Demorestville

This is a 53 inch plank on frame scratch model of the typical Flower Class of the Royal Canadian Navy. The model maker had served on both types of this corvette class, the "original" and the "modified" and decided to partially combine the two, hence an original stern and modified forepart (well deck, mast aft of the bridge, etc) and the imaginary name and number.
