Water quality

This project was developed by one of the Society's 2007 "summer students" and investigates matters concerning the historical and current state of the water quality in waters surrounding Prince Edward County and the Bay of Quinte within the broader context of the Great Lakes.

Wind turbines

The following pages comment on some facets of the possible installation of "farms" of industrial wind-powered turbines on the shores of Lake Ontario to produce "renewable source" energy.
