British Queen makes clock shelf

Toronto Telegram, 4 August 1951
Schooner Days MXIII (1013)
By C.H.J. Snider

In 2004, this editor was invited to see the half-model of the British Queen mentioned in this article. The clock was no longer in evidence, but we lifted the lines from the model, and can confirm the details given by C.H.J Snider. Also, a copy of the book Old Time Ships, by Stevns mentioned by Snider, can be consulted in our rare book room.
