Schooner Days CCCLVIII (358)

Gulls And The Galloo, 13 Aug 1938

In this installment, the author continues the tale of the schooner Alberta now converted to a sharp-bowed tug, and a winter storm which obliged the captain to strand his boat for safety on Big Galloo island. See for the start of the story. The gulls are included as a sign of bad weather.
