The schooner referred to as the "Robert McDonald of Picton (ex Parthenon of Oakville)" (see entry in our ships database is associated with the families operating the Hyatt Macdonald (note spelling as Mac...) wharf and warehouses during the Barley Days. Note also that while the Parthenon was a schooner, she was rebuilt and enlarged as a steambarge.
